Capabilities · Experience in practice

Range is useful when it leads to better decisions.

I work across people, commercial priorities, creative work, digital projects and practical delivery. The value is seeing how those parts affect one another.

Working with stakeholders

Different priorities. One workable outcome.

I regularly work with owners, managers, buyers, operations teams and customers. While stakeholders may share the same overall business goal, they can place different weight on profitability, ease of execution, ethical considerations and long-term relationships. My role is often to understand those motivations and find a workable outcome.

Training and adoption

I have trained more than 50 staff across different responsibilities during my career, including POS use, customer service, sales, operational processes, product knowledge, workplace expectations and day-to-day systems. This experience spans multiple roles and should not be read as 50 people trained on one implementation.

Finance-related responsibilities

My work has included entering and reviewing customer orders, checking pricing and payment terms, following up overdue accounts, monitoring accounts receivable, requesting approval for unusual purchase orders, managing necessary sales, vehicle, travel and marketing expenses, and contributing sales and operational reporting in weekly meetings.

Understand the situation, work well with the people involved and make the next decision useful.
